Every Cooly order ships free — no minimum, no hidden fees at checkout.

Delivery times
Order processing: 1–3 business days. EU: 5–10 business days. US, UK, Canada, Australia: 7–14 business days. Rest of world: 10–20 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and taxes
Prices at checkout include applicable VAT for EU orders. For some destinations outside the EU, local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
